Temporary Full-Time Position (18 months)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator, CINÉ+ to join our Marketing and Business Operations Division. Reporting to the Manager, Business Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Promote, differentiate and enhance the CINÉ+ experience,
• Help develop promotional activities and is involved in marketing and promotion initiatives,
• Follow closely and ensure that the sales and attendance of CINÉ + are maximized;
• Handle corporate sponsorships and sales for the CINÉ+ Theatre;
• Contribute to developing varied and quality programming for diverse audiences;
• Perform human resources management functions;
• Perform other related duties as required.

Successful candidates have the following qualifications, which are a deciding measure of success for this challenging opportunity:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in:

• Trends in the film and entertainment industry;
• Managing a commercial public sector enterprise;
• Managing client service quality;
• Various word-processing (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) programs, ticketing systems (e.g. Galaxy), web content management programs (e.g. WordPress), PowerPoint and email software (Outlook).

Knowledge of:

• Managing budgets;
• Project management and strategic planning;
• Carrying out statistical reports and their analysis;
• Client service, in particular crisis management and correspondence with clients;
• Carrying out promotional activities and marketing plans;
• Coordinating the preparation of promotional materials;
• Coordinating the logistics of special events;

Education: Diploma from a three (3) year College Program in Project Management, Marketing or a related field.

Compensation: $ 59 474 - $ 79 646 (Job classification:E6)
