To all our valued candidates and customers,

We would like to start off by thanking everyone for their actions over the past three months that have played a part in successfully flattening the curve of COVID-19 and undoubtedly saving lives.

As we prepare to re-open our offices, we gain inspiration from health care workers, truck drivers and deliverers, grocery/restaurant workers, and all those who kept us safe, fed, and well stocked as we sheltered in place during this unprecedented time. It is now our time to step up into our essential role and support the restart of our communities and the economy. We will do this in true Agilec fashion – with agility and by focusing on our values and culture.

Over the past few weeks, we have been planning and putting careful measures in place as we prepare to reopen – the safety of our customers and staff being our top priority.

On June 1st we will enter the first stage of reopening our offices with the following guidelines in place:

  • Limited staff in the office at one time
  • Physical Distancing of 6ft/2m apart
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when physical distancing is not possible
  • General hygiene practices
  • Increased cleaning/disinfecting protocols

Additionally, our staff have been instructed to continue working from home if they show any signs of COVID-19 or believe they have been in contact with someone with the virus.

Please note – during this stage we have staff in the office, but our doors remain closed to the public. We will continue to serve all candidates and customers virtually and over the phone. Click here to contact a location near you.

Success in this stage of the plan will allow us to move onto the next stage where we plan to:

  • Continue implementation of all COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines
  • Re-open offices with more staff returning
  • Resume in-person service delivery with scheduled visitors
