We are excited to announce Ashley Sweeney, Project Director-Employment Services at Agilec, has been appointed as Board Chair of the Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN).
ODEN is a province-wide network dedicated to advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This appointment reflects Ashley’s strong commitment to inclusive communities, as well as Agilec’s mission to help people and organizations develop their potential.
Since joining the ODEN Board as a Director in 2022, Ashley has had the opportunity to see firsthand the meaningful impact the organization makes across its network of service providers, job seekers, and employer communities.
“Stepping into the role of Board Chair is both an honour and a responsibility,” said Ashley. “I’m excited to support ODEN’s important work in driving systemic change and to collaborate with others who are deeply committed to equity, accessibility, and inclusive employment across Ontario.”
