The Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Employment Supports can help you get on-the-job training, build skills, and find a job. Assistance is available once you start working to keep or advance your career.
Eligibility
The ODSP Employment Supports can help if you…
- are 16 years of age or older
- are a resident of Ontario
- are able to work in Canada
- have a disability that is expected to last a year or more
- have a disability that makes it hard for you to find or keep a job
If you are on ODSP Income Support, you automatically qualify for ODSP Employment Supports.
We help job seekers and employers achieve their goals.

All of our Government Services are free of charge.
