Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written English language, possess exceptional customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing top-notch service. Looking for someone with a friendly deposition, who is comfortable dealing with guests and not afraid to tackle the big cleaning jobs.
Responsibilities:
– Handle guest ordering, inquiries and guest concerns
-Cleaning/Stocking/Organizing, occasional food prep
-Staying within company standards and expectations
Requirements:
-Proficiency in English is required, both written and verbal
– Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but willing to train
– Communication skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as individual
