Job Description:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team at a fast-paced sandwich shop. As a team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and take orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and restrooms
Operate the register and handle transactions
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Willingness to learn and follow direction
Must be dependable and punctual
Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required
