Responsibilities
Continuous manual labour including raking, digging, grading and heavy lifting and carrying
Operation of various golf maintenance equipment for mowing tees, greens, fairways, rough, weed eating and leaf blowing
Responsible for watering sod, seed, trees and required areas using hoses and sprinklers
Maintain sand bunkers with hand tools, such as rakes and shovels
Accountable for using a variety of hand tools to dig and repair holes on the course
Apply soil amendments, prune trees or lay sod
Daily debris and garbage collection throughout the golf course
Equipment operation including skid steers, golf carts, tractors, light utility vehicles and mowing equipment
Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Previous landscaping experience
Golf course experience an asset but not necessary

Must possess excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
