Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement and Operations, the Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing sales administration support directly to dedicated group of Territory Managers (TMs.) The Sales Support Associate is accountable for supporting territory manager in all functions pertaining to sales and the sales process. The SSA identifies and helps resolve issues with orders.
Requirements
• Support Territory Managers in activities such as, validating product information, forecasting, training, tracking purchase orders (POs) and/or samples/orders, logo orders, made to order, performing stock checks.
• The SSA provides Salesforce support for Territory Managers.
• Act as support for customers/distributors in qualifying, providing information and creating new accounts.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Documenting new processes as required
• Generating and reviewing sales and/or inventory reports to better support the customer and to understand the environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Familiar with CRM and ERP systems
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Customer Service / Call Centre support
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Effective time management skills.
• Team player, but also self-driven with a proven skill to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Motivated individual who always thinks in a positive proactive manner with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Follow and adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
