Position Overview
We are hiring a dedicated Assistant Spray Foam Installer to support our Lead Sprayer on residential and commercial job sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to enter the spray foam industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a lead installer role.
Starting wage: $22.00/hr (negotiable based on experience)
Full-time, year-round employment
Benefits available after probation period Annual $100 boot rebate
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Sprayer with daily spray foam insulation projects
Help operate spray foam equipment under supervision
Handle job site preparation including masking, taping, and surface protection
Assist with scaffolding setup and takedown
Help maintain, clean, and organize spray foam equipment, trucks, and tools
Support equipment troubleshooting, gun rebuilding, and maintenance tasks
Ensure job site cleanliness and safe work practices
Remove overspray and participate in clean-up
Clock in/out using Blip by BrightHR
Assist in completing and submitting daily job sheets
Work collaboratively and support fibre insulation teams when needed
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Work irregular schedules when required (long/short days, occasional weekends)
What We’re Looking For
Honest, reliable, and hardworking
Willing to learn the spray foam trade
Able to follow instructions from Lead Sprayer, Site Foreman, President, or GM
Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on, labour-focused work
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Positive attitude and willingness to grow in the insulation industry
