What You’ll Do
As an Insulation Installer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality insulation solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Installing and replacing insulation in residential and commercial buildings
Safely removing and disposing of old insulation
Loading, unloading, and transporting insulation materials and tools
Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation around walls, ceilings, and piping
Securing insulation using appropriate fasteners (tape, screws, staples, etc.)
Blowing insulation into attics and other spaces
Following safety protocols and company guidelines
Clocking in/out using the Blip App
Supporting other tasks as needed on-site
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:
Familiarity with insulation materials and installation techniques
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Comfort using hand and power tools
Willingness to work at heights (WAH certification preferred; training provided)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear communication and a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license preferred (pickup/drop-off in Parry Sound available)
Experience & Education
Previous experience in insulation or construction is an asset
On-the-job training provided for the right candidate
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
Comfortable working in confined spaces
Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs
