· In-office Sales and Service of Home & Auto insurance (not a work-from-home or hybrid opportunity).
· Required to have, or acquire*, an OTL license to sell and service Property & Casualty insurance in Ontario.
· Respond to telephone, internet, and walk-in enquiries.
· Outbound follow up calls, including cold calling.
· Ability to set and work to targets/goals.
· Build and maintain customer relationships.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
· Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
· Sales and Customer service experience preferred.
· Salaried position, commission, bonuses and benefits available.
*if successful candidate is acquiring the OTL license for this position, the employer will reimburse the cost of licensing (up to $1000) after successfully passing the final exam and completing the 3-month probationary period.
