Must be personable with good communication skills, will be interacting with clients all through out the work day
Answering the telephone
Booking appointments
Check answering machine and respond to phone messages
Checking clients in for surgery and for appointments
Making up invoices for clients and handling payments
Printing out the daily schedule and pulling client folders for that day’s appointment
Maintaining appointment order as clients arrive
Checking and responding to clinic e-mail
The clinic is very small and we are a tight knit team, we all work together very closely to keep everything flowing smoothly. All staff members must be willing to help each other out when needed and must be good team players.
