Perform daily set-up and tear-down of the breakfast bar.
Order supplies and manages inventory and their costs as needed.
Clear tables promptly of dirty dishes, replenish supplies as needed.
Addresses and interacts with guest’s concerns in a positive and helpful manner and take prompt, corrective action.
Communicates with guests about their breakfast experience and encourages their feedback.
Provides food service, set-up, tear down and clean up of meeting space
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work in a changing fast paced environment.
Exceptionally positive attitude, dedicated to providing quality customer service.
Good oral and written communication skills, organized and detail oriented.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as an active team member.
Experience an asset but not required in banquet or catering environments or serving in a hotel/hospitality industry.
