Responsibilities include:
• Managing customer commercial issues (raw material agreements, obsolescence claims, etc)
• Support the Sales Manager with the quotation process
• Aids Sales/Finance with business forecasts and analysis
• Customer service support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with departments and customers
• Research & resolves discrepancies issues
Qualifications & Technical Skills
• University / College Degree in Business or Administration or diploma/ Certificate in a related discipline
• Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience in a sales administration role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and MS Projects); intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Experience based in project management an asset
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry an asset
• Experience working with Configured Quoting Systems, Project Management software (MS Projects) platforms, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) an asset
