Low Rise Residential Construction – Site Coordinator
Location: Colgan, Ontario

Job Brief

We are looking for a hard-working Low Rise Residential Construction – Site Coordinator. You will work together with the Low Rise Construction Team and will be responsible for assisting the Rough and Finish Site Supers.

Our ideal candidate has proven administrative experience, preferably in the Residential Construction Industry.  Our ideal candidate is organized and motivated to work in a team focused and fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities

-Assist the Senior Super, Finish Super with administrative office work.
-Prepare packages for trades to include working drawings, purchaser extras, etc.
-Maintain organized site office. You will be required to demonstrate skills in keeping schedules current, as well as maintaining a timely and accurate flow of paperwork.
-Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
-Possess a positive attitude with a strong focus on working together
-Possess very strong time management skills. You will be able to handle a wide variety of tasks and demands
-Be articulate in English and have a professional demeanor.
-Have a valid Driver’s License, access to a vehicle with Valid Auto Insurance, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites throughout Toronto and the GTA
-Able to work well in a high stress environment
