Our hiring support is designed to get you the right employees for your business. By working with us, you will gain access to the resources, expertise, and support you need to build and maintain a strong workforce.

We offer a range of services and personalized support to meet the unique needs of your business.

Recruitment

We can help you identify and attract top talent. Our team will work with you to understand your needs and find the right fit for your company.

We provide:

  • access to job-ready candidates who are available to start working immediately
  • candidate screening services
  • resources and information to support with hiring as well as training and education

Retention

We want you and your new employee to be a good fit. We will continue working with you to ensure a smooth transition so you can continue to build a successful business.

We provide:

  • retention support for 12-months including monitoring and resolving issues
  • employer wage subsidies
  • workplace assessment and modifications
