On February 12, 2019 the Ontario Government announced that it will be transforming its employment services to help more people find and keep quality jobs and increase the number of businesses finding the right workers with the right skills.

Agilec has been part of the delivery model for employment and vocational services in Ontario since 1985. We have been through many transformations over the past 34 years and each one resulted in better services for job seekers, employers, and our communities.

We look at the coming transformation of Employment Services in Ontario as an opportunity to, once again, improve service delivery and to do better for our customers. We are excited to collaborate with our community partners and all stakeholders to review what we are doing well, what isn’t working, explore other cutting edge models from across Canada and internationally, and to develop and implement a new and exciting model of service delivery for Ontarians.
