Browser and System Requirements (Training Courses)
Hello! Below you will find the browser and system requirements, as well as some limitations when using our Learning Management System (LMS) powered by Docebo.
Important Note for Live Webinars: In addition to the system requirements outlined below, if this course requires you to attend a live webinar with one of our Agilec facilitators, please be advised that you must launch the webinar using a computer. Although you can access this course and complete tasks via the Go.Learn app on your mobile device (see ***Note for use on Mobile Devices below), the live webinar must be launched from a desktop computer/laptop. Live webinars are not supported via the Go.Learn app on mobile.

- Microsoft Edge *
- Mozilla Firefox *
- Google Chrome *
- Safari *
Supported Operating Systems

* Browser notes:
Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari follow a continuous release policy that makes it difficult to fix a minimum version. For this reason, following the market recommendation, our LMS will support the last 2 major versions of each of these browsers. Please note that the LMS does not support Safari on Windows.
** Note for Windows XP users:
Windows XP is no longer supported by its original vendor, Microsoft, but if you or your organization has extended the use of Windows XP, Docebo recommends that your PCs be migrated to MS Windows 8 or above at your earliest convenience. Although Docebo is not in a position to guarantee the service on a no longer operational operating system, there are customers running Windows XP who adopt the Docebo LMS system. If you are unable to upgrade your PCs at this time, they recommend installing the latest version of Google Chrome, as a temporary solution.
Docebo strongly recommends that clients maintain updated operating systems (both desktop and mobile) aligned to the latest release made available by the respective vendor.
*** Note for use on Mobile Devices:
If you are using a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone, you can only access the LMS through the free Go.Learn app. Please search and download through your App Store/Google Play. Once downloaded, open the app and enter education.agilec.ca into the Platform URL and proceed with your login information to access.
^ Note for Internet Explorer 11:
Docebo no longer supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 as of January 2020. Please use one of the supported browsers listed above to access the learning platform.
