We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in coordination with our executive administration team at our Guelph Head Office. In this role you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing professional administrative support, as well as utilizing your organizational and computer skills to provide office administration and reception coverage. You will be involved in various administration tasks that include preparing/formatting/editing reports, presentations and documents, administration of expense reports, and working with the team as the primary coordinator for office meetings.
• High-school diploma; related post-secondary education an asset
• Customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• French language skills (speak, read, write) considered an asset
