About the Role:
A well-established organization in the healthcare industry is seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator for the Bracebridge area. This role blends client service with a proactive sales mindset to ensure clients receive exceptional support and guidance through our care offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing knowledgeable and empathetic support

Schedule appointments and follow up on client inquiries

Educate clients on available services and recommend appropriate care solutions

Maintain accurate records and client files in CRM and internal systems

Assist in achieving sales goals by identifying opportunities to promote services and products

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, health care administration, sale and hospitality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management tools
