Must be able to provide service in clearly spoken English, knowledge of French is an asset
Actively seek new business and markets
Greet customers and assist in finding the appropriate bike, accessories, parts and gear
Answer phones and help customers with a positive, knowledgeable and respectful manner
Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for electric bikes with customers
Respond to face to face and phone inquiries in a courteous, respectful and friendly manner with a diverse customer base
Main all work and display areas in an organized, safe and accessible way
Assist in daily shop operations, including inventory, ordering, restocking, cleaning and display of products
Additional roles to ensure high customer service and providing value to customers.
