Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Team Leader to help manage daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced sandwich shop environment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a desire to grow within the food service industry.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team members during shifts and ensure smooth store operations
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
Train and coach new and existing staff on procedures and performance standards
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols are consistently met
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation
Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
Perform opening and/or closing duties, including cash handling and reporting

Requirements:

Previous food service or retail experience required (leadership experience preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and a hands-on leadership style
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
Must be reliable and punctual
