Job Description
ELV Select Inc. is a family owned business located in Fergus, Ontario that services many industries involved in materials separation. This includes scrap metal recycling, construction & demolition, and organics. We are the North American distributor for the following brands of equipment: SEDA Umwelttechnik GmbH, C&G by Taurus, Ecohog Ltd., CMB Sri. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of field equipment.
Requirements
• Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site.
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to low and high voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to compressed air systems.
• Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years’ installing and maintaining machines.
• Ability to travel.
• 2+ years of experience with hydraulics and high voltage electrical.
