As an FPGA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing FPGA-based solutions for our diverse range of products. Your expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), High-Speed Designs, and RF SOC (System on Chip) will be instrumental in delivering high-performance and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop FPGA-based solutions for complex systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
Implement Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms and optimize them for real-time processing
Develop high-speed designs to meet the demanding requirements of our products
Integrate FPGA components with RF SOC designs for seamless functionality
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of FPGA solutions into the overall system
Perform thorough testing and debugging of FPGA designs to ensure reliability and functionality
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in FPGA technology, DSP, and High-Speed Designs
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
Required skills and experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA design and development
Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security clearance is a must
Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms and optimization techniques
Proficiency in High-Speed Designs and board-level integration
In-depth understanding of RF SOC designs and their integration with FPGA solutions
Solid experience with FPGA development tools and languages, such as VHDL or Verilog
Familiarity with simulation and verification tools for FPGA designs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Desired skills:
Experience in developing FPGA solutions for wireless communication systems is a plus
Knowledge of embedded systems and hardware-software co-design is desirable
Previous experience in working with high-performance computing applications is an advantage
