Website Hospice Muskoka

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager implements and coordinates all internal people processes of the organization, including HR programs, employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, payroll, occupational health & safety, and compliance matters.

This role does not have direct people management/supervision responsibilities but does provide guidance to all staff for employee relations issues and for implementing HR policies and practices.

Salary to be negotiated, based on job experience, up to $75,000 per year.

We are currently preparing to roll out an Extended Health benefits plan. We are also working on a Pension Plan which we expect will be administered through HOOPP (the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).
