Take inbound calls from drivers or dispatchers needing roadside service or in shop service. Open work orders and input information that is given in real time. Map the location in the system for the dispatch/follow up teams. Make sure all information is accurate.

Requirements:
– High School Diploma
– Excellent Customer Service Skills
– Prior Call Centre Experience an asset
– Good attention to detail
– ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Truck knowledge a definite asset
– bilingual considered an asset
