The Position
Seeking an energetic, hardworking individual to join this team. This is a full-time Office Administrator. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. You will be eligible for benefits after the 3-month probationary period.

Responsibilities of this position include:
• Provides administrative support in a complex team environment to leadership team
• Front office reception, (including answering phones)
• Complete daily payroll duties such as reviewing timecards, and reconciling bi-weekly payroll, and assist with tracking vacation days/time off and sick days
• Experience with ERP system, preferably Epicor, would be considered an asset
• Filing and data entry
• Take meeting minutes for JHSC, and perform monthly safety inspections
• Assist management with preparation sales quotations
• Maintain office supplies
• Other duties as required

Requirements
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 1-2 years related experience
• Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information
• Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and prioritize and multi- task in a deadline driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with manufacturing team both verbally and written
• Professional phone mannerism
• Ability to work independently
