DUTIES:
– Answer phones, greet patients
– Filing
– Handling MVA insurance claims
– Assisting practitioners with initial assessments and consultations
– Assisting practitioners with patients
– Patient progress tracking
– Documentation and monitoring client records
– Collaborates with other members of the health team as needed
– Case management
QUALIFICATIONS:
– High multitasking skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Energetic, enthusiastic, proven skills in successful teamwork and communication
– Strong English (read, write, speak)
– Experience with MVA insurance an asset
– Professional customer service skills
