In today’s workplace, we are likely to work with five different generations within the same organization. This workshop will explore the benefits of working in a diverse workplace and strategies for managing some of the pitfalls.
Ever wonder why it can be challenging to understand or even get along with someone from another generation? This course examines the differences and similarities between the generations.
• Identify four different generations and how they approach work
• Understand the defining events that contributed to the four generational perspectives
• Learn strategies for working in a diverse workplace
