Wage: $20-$25/hr
Shifts:
Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Afternoons – 2:30 PM – 12:30AM (Monday – Thursday)
Location: Cambridge ON
The client will be reviewing all eligible resumes and only qualified candidates will be contacted for the interview process
Responsibilities:
– Set up, and operate CNC cutting equipment (Trumpf and Cincinatti laser)
– Opportunity to learn water jet operations
– Manufacture metal alloy pieces to specifications
– Inspecting parts using methods and frequencies
– Able to troubleshoot and take measurements to resolve quality issues
– Identifying and isolating parts that do not conform to specifications
– Documenting material usage, completing paperwork
– Perform all responsibilities/services in accordance with company quality assurance procedures
– Adhere to safe work practices
– Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– 2 years CNC Experience is a must
– Experience with Trumpf or Cincinatti Machine is mandatory
– Aptitude for machine operating
– Desire to learn and grow with the company
– Ability to read drawings and use of measuring devices
– Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, twisting)
– Strong communication skills in English – written & verbal
– Reliable, punctual and dependable – attendance is key.
