We are looking for a person to lead a second crew in the grass cutting and maintenance division of our business. Duties include:
-Lead lawn care division and managing crew
-Quoting new and potential clients
-Training staff on lawn cutting principles and fertilizer application
-Documenting and completing add ons by clients, above and beyond their regularly scheduled maintenance
-Grass cutting and trimming
-Applying fertilizer
-Pruning/ deadheading
-Occasional tree cutting
-Responsible for submitting paperwork on a timely basis
-Spring and Fall cleanups
-Maintenance and sharpening of equipment
