Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Bracebridge, ON location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to walk-in and phone-in clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Customer service representatives must possess excellent customer service and customer support skills
• Experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient with computer systems and software, including data entry and processing payments
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Experience with automotive industry or related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
