Looking for fill 2 part time Guest Service Associate positions. Must be available for weekday shifts and Night Audit relief when needed.
1. Insures that each guest has received the exceptional services and facilities that are
expected of Super 8 by Wyndham.
2. Answers the telephone with a smile in four rings or less. Includes a salutation, thanks the
guest for calling, identifies the name of the property, and contains their first name, all
while maintaining clarity and organization. Offers an extensive list of amenities that are
offered before quoting a price, and asks the guest for a reservation.
3. Adheres to the Super 8’s 100% clean and friendly program.
4. Able to provide guests with the necessary information that may include restaurant
recommendations, driving directions, assistance to local services and transportation
5. Operates the front desk equipment such as the reservation system (MSI), hotel
switchboard, calculator, safes and key card machines.
6. Completes the necessary paperwork assigned by management. This may include some accounting, taking messages, and data transformation
