Job Description: Conduct the play of the table game in a professional, friendly, courteous, and entertaining manner. The individual will deal the assigned game efficiently in accordance with policies and procedures, and Internal Control Regulations.
Duties:
• Computes players’ wins or loss and bet settlements
• Secures cards, chips and cash; authorizes and verifies all transactions and concentrates on table activities
• Maintains appropriate game pace and proper game security
• Contacts Dealer Supervisor when appropriate to resolve disputes and game irregularities
• Maintain excellent Customer Service
Skills Required:
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of all aspects of gaming policies and procedures and game protection would be an asset
• Math skills (balancing, addition and calculation)
