Job Position: Spare Parts Coordinator
As a Spare Parts Coordinator at Witron, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient management of spare parts related activities within our automated distribution centers. This multifaceted position requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to overseeing various aspects of spare parts, tools, and technology within our operational framework reporting to the Maintenance Manager with a dotted line to the Site Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma; possessing a professional diploma/certificate in spare parts management is a notable asset.
- A proven track record with 3+ years of relevant spare part clerk/coordination experience.
- Exceptional identification skills for industrial electrical and mechanical parts. Infused with a practical attitude, a desire for learning, and proficiency in PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS).
- Flexibility to work during days, evenings, and nights as dictated by the Maintenance Manager depending on the needs.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability for short travel nationally and internationally for parts coordination.
- Demonstrated strength in organizational capabilities, effective communication, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Oversee the entire spectrum of spare parts activities, work order review, part assessment – including Replenishment Orders, Received Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty, obsolete and successor parts.
- Uphold a standard of cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S principles in the spare parts store and its surroundings.
- Develop and maintain Spare Part Locations.
Meticulous record-keeping of invoices, packing slips, and confidential files pertaining to account and monetary.
- Creation and management of purchase orders, procurement activities, and consumable products, emphasizing traceability and approvals.
- Exercise control over shop tools, technician tools, measuring instruments, and their replacements.
- Direct the orchestration of all Sonim-related activities, including troubleshooting phones, testing, repair orders, user settings, and updates.
- Accurately receive and validate incoming materials from purchase orders, precisely aligning them with packing lists for filing purposes.
- Generate insightful weekly spare parts KPI report.
- Safely manage and document the storage of Hazardous Material, adhering to HACCP regulations.
- Provide helpful training sessions, particularly for Technicians in CMMS pertaining to spare part.
- Problem solving in resolving discrepancies tied to receipts, deliveries, warranties, and repair issues.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks of spare parts quarterly, collaborating seamlessly with the maintenance team.
Pay Rate :
Salary position (55k – 60k)
