The Respite4u Agency is now accepting resumes for the position of Respite Support Worker. Respite4u Agency is a temporary, occasional in-home support for seniors and families that have children with special needs. The role involves supporting seniors and individuals with physical/ intellectual or developmental abilities providing families with a much-needed break. Some of the duties, but not limited to are as follows:
Assistance with daily needs
Programming
Medication administration
Hygiene
Toileting
Light meal prep
Light housework
Transportation
This is a contract position. You choose your hours, and all shifts are available.
You must have a Personal Support Worker/ Developmental Service Worker or equivalent Certificate. Driver license/ First Aid/ CPR. Experience supporting seniors and individuals with special needs.
